Looking for a Lender

I work with several lighting companies and need a lender which will fund retrofit lighting projects which are under $100K. The lighting retrofits include the vendor going into warehouses and retail stores and installing new lighting hardware, LED lights and other related fixtures. Many deal requests are coming in at 40, 50 and 60K from potential clients which are A and B credits. I'm in California and the deals are throughout the U.S. Let me know. Thanks! Continue

Credit Markets in Charlotte

Banks and institutional sources are actually starting to fund transactions in the $500,000 to $2,000,000 range on a limited basis. Charge - offs are down, or at least reserved for adequately, and run-off is killing returns. Credit requirements are very conservative, back to what I call “1970’s Bank Credit Manual” loans. Solar Energy Funder

I posted a similar request several months back when I was looking to place a Solar Energy project for a vendor. the proposed FASB / IASB changes to leasing, if accepted, will change Operating Lessor's profitability the most

Making a statement like " FASB / IASB will change leasing drastically" is too broad. Let's get a discussion going and focus in on what will most likely change and to whom. This move is all about the Balance Sheet of the Lessee. By treating their leases as Operating Leases ( and thus only showing a "Rental" Payment, Lessees have NOT shown trillions of dollars of assets on their books.
