In his weekly Talking Business column in The New York Times, October 24, 2008, entitled “So When Will Banks Give Loans,” Joe Nocera questioned U.S. banks’ intentions in the use of the $700 Billion bailout by the U.S. Treasury authorized by Congress. Listening in on an employee conference call at J.P. Morgan Chase, Nocera learned what he called the “dirty little secret of the banking industry.” The bank… Continue

Steve,

Pls take a look at my note on the international deal network regarding power generator and locomotive leasing and long term rental.

We want to get closer to deals thro' existing leasing companies and brokers.

For instance we are offering "full service" leasing of diesel generators through a leasing subsidiary of a colombian bank (Banco de Colombia) in Peru. We finance the leasing company and they vet and bring us recommended customers. We then set up the O & M of the equipment with our local or own service people and continue to stay partners with our leasing ally who stays interested in all parties getting paid!

We are able invest in countries that are considered difficult.

Steve I have the opportunity to participate in two vendor programs. They are both fitness equipment MFG over 200MM in sales with about 30MM in leasing. I would expect about 50% of the business if I can bring a competitive package to the table. The MFG's will give me a repurchase agreement and/or a remarketing agreement to support the 600 ficos and start up transactions.

I would like to talk at your earliest convenience. 480-837-5096 Michael Zarrillo

Thanks for the welcome. I hadn't seen this site before. I checked at the CLP site, and noticed that Cindy hasn't updated my employment. I'm currently with LEAF Financial, doing BD in the Healthcare area.
