I don't know how to answer your question. What we're seeing on Wall Street is unprecedented and will most likely have major raminfications for the leasing industry. The challenges a broker face are getting customers and getting funders. Your background gives you an edge over someone else entering the industry without prior experience.. If you can get customers, there are funders out there who want your business. I recommend you attend the upcoming regional meeting in Atlanta to meet with funders. Good luck!
