Rosanne Wilson founded 1st Independent Leasing in 1990. Rosanne has been in the leasing industry since 1975 and is currently serving her 4 th year on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers (NAELB) and was the Treasurer for the past 3 years. Rosanne is a CLP (Certified Leasing Professional) since 1998 and is an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce since 1990 and is on the Honor Roll with the Better Business Bureau since 1990. She is also a member of Who's Who of American Business Leaders since 1991.

What a small world Ted. Or should I say Grandpa Wilson! Join our circle of friends and stay in touch. It's all about helping each other and reaching out to folks who have the same business interests. I'm certain and know from experience and others that the downturns are when leasing shines. The key is to buy right (low) and keep the assets working! Of course, the airline leasing business can provide plenty of headaches.....

I was trying to compete with the people I trained but they are beating me :-) and I am loving it.
