Good to hear from you....California is an "abundant" market..
You have typical row crops, fish farms, vineyards, cheese, cotton gins, forestry..wind farms....on and on.....If you need any help...we've been doing it for 30 years ...California & Canada...some Mexico....but as you know...the market is pretty well credit/market driven.
Obviously you have the contacts in Aircraft...we'll head your way for aircraft & ground support...when we troll up those deals. Do you consider Municipal Airpports also?
By the way....have you considered membership in NAELB? (The Broker association). Will be glad to sponsor you.

They also have a flight school and flight simulator. They even have a shop for painting planes and doing custom work to the interior of jets. In the past, they have looked to me for smaller leases. But knowing that you do this type of financing could come in handy for my one client. Please forward me something on your services and I will see what my client has on the horizon for needs. That is, if we can work together.
