Personal Bio: After gaining a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Ohio University, I began my professional career as a sales rep for a local staffing company in Cleveland. Working with the credit department on credit applications and D&B checks for my clients were two of my more mundane responsibilities, but were the beginning of my understanding of credit and collections.

For seven years after that, I worked for one of the law lists assisting collection agencies, debt buyers, and forwarding law firms establish their legal network of collection attorneys, while at the same time assisting collection attorneys by helping them to generate business from the aforementioned entities.

Now, as a sales rep for McCarthy Burgess & Wolff, the foremost collection agency in the leasing marketplace, I am continuing my career in collections by helping funding sources to liquidate their deficiency balances and delinquent accounts. I have been a regular attendee at the ELFA collection seminars and plan to attend the UAEL in August.
