Heather,
I met you briefly in New Orleans this past April at the NAELB meeting and enjoyed your presentation for new brokers. Unfotunately I had a plane to catch and could not stick around for the ending. My "big question " to you is if I have the knowledge , drive, and a good 5 plus years originating, structuring, marketing, & closing loans for a medium size company what would your personal view be on starting my own business. I currently handle truck financing for C-D credits for a self funded medium sized company and was averaging 10-12 million a year in loan orignations until as we all know the market in general is re- adjusting and my current company has been for quite along time in a hold pattern.
Bills keep comingand I need to make move into sometihng whether it be trucks or medical or equipment.
