I specialise in providing advice and training in technical aspects of asset finance for clients. My main areas are lease structuring, evaluation, tax, accounting and capital requirements.
Previous experience has mostly been with HSBC, including as Head of Tax and Technical Support for the UK Commercial and Corporate banking divisions

Nice to hear from you! Yes, you are right. CAC Leasing does not belong anymore to neither german HVB Group nor Austrian BACA Group, it has been rebranded to UniCredit Leasing owned by Italians. I am not working there for 1 year. Last year I have spent as free-lance consultant on the project of UniCredit Global Leasing in Ukraine on car leasing start-up. Ocassionally I am still in contact with Stewart Pirnie from former Bannock.
