I run my own business offering business design and business architecture services including the application of lean
In addition to my hands on consulting activities I offer training and support programmes in Business Architecture, Process Mapping and Lean-Sigma.
I spent over 15 years working in asset finance and have now broadened my base to cover other financial services including life, pensions and fund supermarkets..
I regularly write for Leasing World on business design and process improvement matters.
I have just recently concluded a 13 month assignment with Skandia Life assisting them develop their Target Operating Model.
