Credit professional with thirty years experience in the commercial equipment finance industry. Most recent roles include VP - Credit for several business segments/geographic regions within CitiCapital, which was acquired by GE Capital in 2008. Possess strong leadership, management and communication skills. Possess solid analytical, structuring, and documentation skills. Industries served include general C&I, Healthcare, Construction, Transportation, Semiconductor/Electronics, and Machine Tools. Experience with both small ticket (credit scoring) and large ticket credit underwriting. Experience with both vendor/dealer based and direct sourced business models. Primary role in the development, implementation, and monitoring of credit scoring models. Primary role in the development and implementation of policies, credit/vendor programs and operational procedures. Significant experience with portfolio/program monitoring, compliance monitoring, internal audit, and remedial/workout activities.
