Personal Bio: I have been in the leasing industry for over 22 years and have worked in all aspects of the business from documentation and credit operations, sales, bad debt/collections and asset management. I am currently the Global Asset Manager for Silicon Graphics based out of Sunnyvale Ca. We have a great team in this captive group that gives our company a winning edge.

I have extensive experience in credit structuring, transaction packaging, relationship and portfolio management and residual pricing. I started off in the Small Ticket world with Eaton Financial back in 1986 and went to Bell Atlantic Tricon after 5 years. At Bell, I ran the Dealer Service Organization overseeing all credit functions, transaction booking, and vendor funding. From Bell I went to Integrated Lease Management and honed my skills building and managing captive programs for high tech clients. I have been at Silicon Graphics for over 11 years now and head up the Asset Management side of the shop.

Leasing has been a great living and even helped me find my wife :). I love to travel, cook and cheer my San Francisco Giants.

I have done a lot of different things in my leasing career from operations to collections to sales so I am open to new challenges. Sorry to hear that news. Even when you know and are expecting it, it doesn't make it any easier. I'll keep an eye out for asset management positions. Have you worked in software? I have a friend at VMWare.
