Alon has been successful in strategic and tactical endeavors that were required along the way.
At Duke Charles Associates Alon works with portfolio companies to help drive value and create a greater value proposition for clients and investors alike. Alon works with early stage companies as well as publicly traded organizations in both strategic and tactical execution. Alon encompasses operational and strategic knowledge along side financial contacts in both the private and public markets.
Alon’s past experience in security oriented products has lead him to be an expert in regulations as well as controls ranging from SOX, HIPAA, GLB, BASEL2, NIST through to COBIT and ISO standards. Alon has also lead large risk management engagements encompassing all aspects of risk linked to regulatory compliance. Alon was a pioneer in the eCommerce market leading projects from idea to implementation and business growth.
Alon is retired from the Israeli Defense Forces (regular and reserve) where he was a Special Forces Non Commissioned Officer specializing in communications and electronic warfare. Alon is a graduate of the Tel Aviv School of Business with a concentration in Finance and the John Bryce Computer School Ramat-Gan Israel with a concentration in eCommerce and system analysis.
