Alan: Thanks for making contact so quickly. I am new to this blog and it's nice to have a "friend" so quickly. To introduce myself properly, I am an attorney who has done work in the leasing industry for almost 20 years. My area of specialty is creditors rights, workouts, bankruptcy, etc. However, I chair the Leasing Department at my firm and we have professionals that are experienced in handling any type of transaction, dispute or issue that a leasing company may have.
