Alleviate Frustration
Funding Sources keep changing their policies.
You submit a transaction with a 720 FICO & they come back with:
"We only approve 740's and above now."
How do you alleviate this frustratrion?

I feel your pain. As a lender, we attempt to set stable guidelines these days, but it's a challenge. For many of us, every dollar we lend out we have to borrow a dollar from a bank. Because of this, we are many times at the mercy of those we borrow money from. With the economy in the shape that it's in, banks seems to be in a state of fluid transition. What guidelines we set forth today may or may not be good tomorrow. In summary, your frustration is felt by all, and probably will be until this all turns around.. hopefully by the end of 2010! Good luck.. and if you're trying to find someone to lease trucks or trailers, please let me know.. we'll take 720's all day! :)
